Active Facilities Services Ltd offers a full in-house facilities service, using our experienced team of skilled engineers to offer a full solution that we are able to offer our clients. We are able to offer our clients a fully comprehensive service across the scope of maintenance, installation and new build applications.
We work closely with many of our clients to offer a full back up to existing maintenance departments offering technical advice and experience from within our dedicated engineers knowledge. Our aim is to protect, repair and maintain your company albeit reactive or planned maintenance as well as upgrade projects when required.
Our service provides a transparent relationship with our clients in achieving their goal and with this we work very closely with the required people so that they are safe in the comfort that one of our skilled engineers will always have the right solution.
We work to achieve our clients satisfaction and we offer a full design solution ranging from a simple office move to building upgrades which include air conditioning systems both install and servicing through to the air and water quality testing and reports. We pride ourselves on our engineers vast knowledge of all aspects of work in design, install and maintenance. This work knowledge includes all commercial and domestic electrical and plumbing which covers all elements of testing to the current regulations required within the building regulations. All of our work is certified and commissioned where necessary.
