About Nearwater Walking Holidays

Nearwater Walking Holidays is owned and run by Tim and Amelia Whitaker.

They are both keen walkers and sailors and have explored the Cornish coastline both from the land and sea. The business is run from their home in St Mawes in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula. The walks have been developed with the benefit of their local knowledge to ensure the visiting walker has the chance to see a few extra special places that they would otherwise overlook.

We are now offering the 102 mile Cotswold Way as well as two legs of the Thames Walk, a national trail that starts at the source of the Thames at Kemble in the Cotswolds and finishes at historic Windsor,

We are based on the South West Coastal Path in St Mawes

Although we are passionate about walking in the South West there are other parts of England we know well too and we now offer 3 Walks in the Cotswolds;
