JGS Consulting was founded in 2010 by co-directors Gavin Stewart and Julian Smith to offer tailored, client-focused Building Surveying services in the North East.

With more than 30 years of combined experience our team has fast grown into one of the region’s leading independent Chartered Building Surveyors. We work with leading businesses, to inspect and manage their built assets throughout their lifecycles.

Today, we are proud to work in both the public and private sector, dealing with commercial, industrial and residential properties in Newcastle and the wider region for a growing portfolio of clients.
