Our team is made up of qualified legal professionals with more than 50 years’ experience providing legal advice to clients in industry. The company was founded by Mairéad McKenna, who practiced as a qualified barrister for more than 21 years specialising in corporate/commercial work. She acted as Group Counsel for a number of large multi-national companies and sat on the Board of a number of companies as Legal Director and Company Secretary. She now works as a non-practising Barrister.
We have seen first hand the problems that have been created by business people who have failed to legally protect their business. We also know that going to many law firms can be hugely expensive and understand the cost constraints on businesses. We believe that there are many steps which a business can take to protect itself legally which need not cost a fortune.
