The principal consultant in the business is Troy Leese. SFEDI accredited, he has worked for a number of years as a management consultant and most recently as a business adviser for Business Link Northwest, where he assisted SMEs in building their businesses.
However, not satisfied with directing businesses, he decided to become more proactive, really helping businesses to grow by actually coaching and doing the work needed rather than simply directing them elsewhere.
For the years prior to Business Link, Troy worked for a multi-national corporate organisation, holding senior positions across a range of functions and businesses. Troy then worked in the private sector as a business and financial consultant, during which time he became a trained financial advisor and stockbroker. Troy has worked with small start-up companies through to household names such as General Motors, British Steel, Xerox, Lexmark and Sony. He inspires individuals so they have the “can do” attitude that helps companies grow by devising very easy-to-follow action plans and coaching/mentoring tailored to each business. Troy’s interests include fencing (registered Coach) and he is currently training as a Cub Scout Leader.
Troy has engaged with, and helped, a large number of businesses over recent years, including supporting businesses in deprived regeneration areas, and assisting entrepreneurs start-up their business ventures. Troy works closely with a team of experienced business coaches and consultants covering a range of sectors with wide ranging expertise that can add value to particular business opportunities.
