Select Accounting Services was founded in 2006 by Nick Smith and has been growing steadily. It is now a trading style of Select Accountants Ltd and has been since 2010.
We are a firm that are growing organically purely by word of mouth and positive referrals, however we are now taking more proactive measures to meet new clients. We are passionate about building long lasting relationships and really like to keep lines of communication open with our clients at all times.
We love meeting new and exciting business owners, helping innovation and compliance work hand in hand.
Nick has been a practicing Accountant for over ten years now, gaining Full Membership with the AAT in 2006 and Fellow Membership Status in 2011. Nick has worked within a variety of businesses at varying levels but has a strong Construction and Plant Hire background. With such a varied background the common sense approach, Nick has the ability to think not just as an Accountant. Nick does not believe in traditional office hours as Entrepreneurs do not work Office hours and need to speak to their Accountant at critical times. If Nick is awake, he will take the call!
Liza has been working with Select Accountants for nearly four years and is one of our Bookkeepers. Liza has managed businesses at Director level during her career and has a very hands on approach.
Select Accountants Ltd holds sufficient Professional Indemnity Insurance cover with Manchester Underwriting Management with a policy inception date of 11 March 2017, for a period of one year. Should you wish to inspect our current cover, please do not hesitate to ask.
