We were started by Tom Phelan in 1997, who, after several years working as a design consultant for some of the large national companies in the south east, decided that we can and will do things better. Tom decided that we would operate differently to the big companies rather than high pressure sales we would operate in a more relaxed manner, to provide a free no obligation, no pressure, design service, so that a customer is comfortable to place an order. The quotes are posted out a couple of days after the visit, together with customer references. We do not insist on all decision makers being present so that the order could be taken on the first visit and we do not outstay our welcome to achieve this.
This allows you, the customer, to take your time to decide if you want to go ahead, speak to existing customers or compare other quotes. The service is tailored to your needs and we are happy to change any details in the quote if required and answer any questions you may have.
We take care of everything, including disposal of your old suite and we are often commended on our tidy work practices and the quality of our work.

It was remiss of me not to mention Michael this morning. We wish to place on record how very pleased we are with him and his work. He fitted in so well with us, right down to his choice of radio station. We liked it so much that we asked him what it was. It was a pleasure having him working here.
