We are replacing wooden fascias and soffits week in week out throughout Stockport, Manchester, Tameside, Oldham, Saddleworth and Glossop. We do not cover up old rotting wood, we fit a completely new upvc fascia and soffit, dry verge system caps, and a system which allows all the rain water to be collected and allows the roof structure to breath, all of which is as per current building regulations. Fascias, soffits and guttering can be in a range of colours and patterns to blend in with the neighbours or stand out from the neighbours as you wish.
Mallard conservatory bases are prepared to building regulations using cavity wall insulation. In addition we fit 100mm thick Kingspan insulation under a 100mm concrete floor. Although not needed by law, and not usually fitted by other conservatory companies, we believe this insulation should be installed as it helps to keep the conservatory warmer in winter making them more useable.
