Our team may be spread between cities in the UK and China, but we are united by our passion for delivering a high-quality product with the best possible service.
We have a team of people working from our office in Changzhou, China, who are tasked with producing our products within a strict quality control process.
Sam has a degree in Wood Plastic Composites and is responsible for quality of SAiGE’s decking products. Sam spends long periods of time at our factory where he oversees production, ensures 100% quality compliance and makes sure that the decking is all packaged securely prior to despatch. Sam also works with John to develop new products and ensure that we stay on top of quality and industry trends.
Julie is a highly skilled and competent Office Manager. Having run her own successful businesses in the past she is a key member of the SAiGE/Sino Team. She is responsible for managing the team in the Changzhou Office, ensures consistent high-quality standards and makes sure we find the very best suppliers for our UK customers. Julie is also Harriet’s Chinese Twin they have identical laughs – if you have met either of them then you know that when they are together it is very noisy!
Carol has a background in Customer Logistics Management with a Multinational company and SAiGE are very lucky to have her as a key member of our team. Carol joined the SAiGE team in 2016 and looks after many of our key accounts she is responsible for Processing Sales orders and making sure orders are delivered on time. Harriet has a varied background in Business Management and Event Planning during 6 1/2 years in Australia and Sales and Recruitment experience from working in the UK prior to that.
