Mark has over 20 years experience working in the Fitness Industry as a qualified Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer. He runs his own freelance Personal Trainer business and has experienced running group training, circuit, spinning and Cardiac Rehab classes. He has held a number of roles in the industry including running a GP referral scheme, management roles in gyms and Training Manager. Before setting up Inspired Fitness Training Ltd in September 2010, Mark had over 10 years experience of running Fitness & Personal Training qualifications as well as providing ongoing training and updates for experienced Instructors and Trainers working in the industry.
Jan has worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years, she now runs Prima Fitness her own Personal Training company. Jan is a level 4 Instructor and specialises in Cardiac Rehab and working with the over 50’s. She is also a qualified exercise to music instructor and teaches classes including Spinning, bodymax, Tums & Bums and Circuit Training.
Michael qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2008 and now runs his own Personal Training company. He specialises in Free Weights, Kettlebell and group training. Michael has worked with and delivered classes for the National Policing Improvement Agency. He ran weekly Circuit and Aerobic classes to improve the health and fitness levels of officers and staff from police forces across England and Wales. He is now based at Basingstoke Sports Centre and teaches and assesses on the practical elements of the courses.
Ivan is a medical practitioner who has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He has worked as a Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer, specialising in prescribing exercise to clients with medical conditions referred by their GP. Ivan’s creative teaching techniques coupled with a highly specialised secondary care setting endorses his fitness knowledge making him a great addition to the team.
James is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and his worked in the Health & Fitness industry for over 7 years, and now runs his own company James Rush Nutritional Therapy. James specialises in functional sports nutrition, merging the fields of sports nutrition and nutritional therapy in an applied way so that both health and performance are considered.
