MountGear is the trading name of CycleWiz Ltd.

CycleWiz started trading online in 2011 with the Tigra BikeMount for the iPhone 3. It is a company formed by cyclists and engineers. We were initially looking for products for our own use but it quickly became apparent that there was a market for the high quality Tigra range of cycling mounts.

Since then we have expanded our business initially with the name Active and Connected to offer mounting solutions for motorbikes.

Today we are offering mounting solutions for a range of different applications under our name Mountgear.

As our range of smartphone mounts and accessories grew customers asked if we have solutions for motorbikes, weather reporting vans, running, car driving and wall mounting. CycleWiz inferred only bikes but we have many more products for many other applications. We therefore felt that changing our trading name to Active and Connected would more appropriately describe what we do.

We are located just outside Cardiff. You might see us cycling up The Tumble near Culverhouse cross or on the A48 to Cowbridge testing the latest products we offer.
