At its inception, Amdas focused on 3 core disciplines; finance, office support and operations. The company was formed at the height of the last recession by Alex Hillman, Mark Edwards and Daniel Malkoun. While it might seem that 2009 was not the best time to start a company, a financial crisis was no match for the 3 founders. With over 50 years recruitment experience between them, they have accrued an extensive database of contacts and expertise within various recruitment markets. As well as enjoying their continued success, Alex, Mark and Daniel have recruited specialist consultants for Amdas who recruit within human resources, marketing and education.

Amdas Consultancy is an owner managed, independent and a multi-disciplined recruitment business. In order to meet our clients’ needs, we supply permanent, contract and temporary staff across a number of business sectors. Moreover, we work on both contingent and retained scenarios.

Where needed we offer tailor-made solutions to suit each business. Furthermore, we act as an extension to their HR and in-house recruitment teams.
