Our work with individuals seeks to build an understanding of certain personal behaviours, values and skills and how they can contribute most effectively to the workplace and beyond. Our work with teams is business focused and results driven with an emphasis on promoting collaboration, innovation, leadership and increased productivity through improved decision-making. Our organisational-level work takes an over-arching organisational development (OD) perspective, building up corporate capacity and ability to deliver on a range of agendas. This may include achieving cultural or transformational change, increasing organisational productivity or supporting leaders to become more effective.
We work with business leaders at the top end of their organisations although our approach is just as appropriate and adaptable for all management tiers and individual no matter where they have reached in their careers. Clients contact us from across the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Rook Tree Business Solutions is led by Lesley Cave, a qualified executive coach, who’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) is currently being processed by the ICF via the ACTP path. She is one of only 1202 International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach members and only 657 ICF credentialed coaches in the UK; 257 of these being PCCs and 25 Master Certified Coaches.
She is a UK International Coach Federation Ambassador and Teachfirst volunteer coach and has private clients from all sectors. She promotes highly productive, thoughtful and pragmatic coaching with a subsequent drive for action centred delivery of results. Lesley founded Rook Tree Coaching in 2010 and has been accepted on to approved supplier registers for UK Sport Elite Coaches Programme, Growth Accelerator (UK government supported programme for SMEs) and WEConnect International , Certified Women’s Business Enterprise.
