“Ken has worked at our home a lot over the years, but never has he done such a wide ranging job which included plastering, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing and decorative work. We had a new utility area fitted in our basement, our old kitchen ripped out, two RSJs put in, kitchen floor levelled, plastering in our kitchen and an upstairs bedroom (old plaster chipped off). Ken and his team did a great job of making us a temporary kitchen, and kept the working areas as clean as possible, in particular, our daughters’ bedroom. Ken will be fitting our new kitchen when it is ready to go in.”
We have used this company previously to carry out extensive refurbish on our house. Naturally we went back to them when we required a loft conversion. “Ken’s company did a superb job renewing the 2 flat roofs, painting the soffits, renewing the guttering, all to a high standard and with no mess.
I can confirm that the structure was completed in time and to a high standard by Ken. The structure was signed off by Southbank Centre’s Health and Safety team. Creative Living replaced some of my windows. I was told that the job would take two days, which it did. The work was completed efficiently and Ken and his colleague cleaned up as they went along, with a final vacuuming at the end to get any remaining dust out of the carpet. I was particularly impressed with the internal window frames Ken made, which are in keeping with the Victorian style of my home.”
“We had recently contracted Creative Living to conduct extensive refurbishment works on our house. This involved 1st and 2nd fixing including fitting new sash windows, installing a new kitchen with bespoke cupboards to our design. laying solid wood oak flooring; re designing the bathroom with bespoke cupboards and a hand made bamboo bath surround. All of the work was to an excellent standard and Creative Living are now our ‘go to guys’ when we require anything doing.
