Balinea was formed by Ben Martin and Tom Varrall who between them have over 25 years’ experience in the bathroom design and specification industry.
Ben Martin began in the industry working for a local plumbing and heating firm and has since gone on to manage a successful branch of a national plumbing merchant, as well as a directorial role at an independent bathroom merchant. In his time in the industry, Ben has experienced different roles including managing both residential and commercial projects from start to finish, producing designs and specifications for national developers, and many more.
Tom Varrall worked for an independent bathroom merchant in which he fulfilled various positions, gaining a wealth of knowledge of the industry. His main roles included managing the contracts of national developer projects, overseeing them from start to finish and being responsible for the purchasing and acquisition of products.
In 2010 Ben and Tom collaborated to form Balinea. They brought together their knowledge and experience of the industry to create a forward-thinking business based on an honest and creative approach. In 2013 Balinea opened their first dedicated Bathroom Showroom in East Farleigh, Maidstone.

Based in East Farleigh, Maidstone, Kent, Balinea service the whole of Kent and surrounding areas, including London, Essex, Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex.
