Behind the scenes, dedicated to sourcing outstanding ingredients for WhitePepper’s students – carefully unpacking and measuring ingredients to save students time to concentrate on their skill development. You’ll also find David in the kitchen making coffee and biscuits for the bar, facilitating with workshops and gardening!

The Chef Academy at Bere Farm is also home to a community of interesting small businesses including an artisan butchery, cafe, garden centre and French Furniture showrooms.
Oak-View is a large house, 1.5 miles away from White Pepper. Penny and Richard offer a very spacious double bedded room with television, DVD player, table, chairs and Wi-Fi for £35 per night (cheaper rates are available for longer stays) plus there is a small single room for £21 per night and you will have use of the downstairs toilet and shower room. Next to the room is your own large bathroom with both shower and separate bath. There is plenty of off road parking. You can use our kitchen and help yourself to a toast and cereal breakfast.
