Lacey and Owen Architectural Services Ltd was formed between business partners Stuart Lacey and Mark Owen, The practice comprises of a small team, whose skill base enables creative, cost effective solutions to any client brief. Our principal aim is to add value and to provide the client with outstanding building solutions based on the best, in modern affordable design and construction methods.
To complement our core architectural business we also offer a range of in-house services allied to the construction industry – including building services, building consultancy, party wall awards, planning supervisory work, project management, statutory approvals and surveying. The strength of our multi-disciplinary based practice is that we choose to be accessible to clients for a range of services, thereby offering a supportive and holistic professional service tailored to our client’s brief.
Whilst working for a local company as Senior Projects manager, Stuart returned to college part time in the early 1990’s to study Architecture based Computer Aided Design. He then went on to study Architectural Technology, gaining Chartered status within the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT). He has recently graduated from the University of Derby gaining a BSc (Hons) Degree in Architectural Technology and Practice.
Lacey & Owen are a fully chartered architectural technologists who are able to provide you with a complete architectural design service covering domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. We are able to provide a complete planning and design service, from conception to completion, turning initial sketch plans into reality, be it a residential home extension or a new build housing scheme to commercial projects and developments.
