We are able to create bespoke financing solutions to meet the aspirations of management and shareholders.
We provide finance for companies that have annual, sustainable revenues of at least £2m and which are based in the UK or other jurisdictions with strong creditor protection rights. Our investee companies need not be profitable nor cash flow positive but we do look for our investment to take the company to that point within 12 months. Typically we would take security. All our investee companies have strong levels of corporate governance and financial reporting procedures.
We look for our investment to grow the business of our investee and usual use of proceeds include working capital, capex and acquisitions.
We are also able to provide bridging finance for IPOs or other liquidity events.
The initial approach should be accompanied by a company presentation, historic financial information (income statement, balance sheet and cash flows) together with 12 month forecasts.
Should the opportunity fit our criteria we are able to issue an indicative term sheet within 48 hours of the initial approach. Following agreement of the term sheet a credit analyst is assigned to the transaction and our in-house legal counsel documents the investment.
