Each of our services provides a home from home environment, with the added security of highly trained and dedicated staff. We support our residents to live as independently as they can and to achieve their goals via our person centred approach.
Our service users each have their own room, which they are able to decorate and furnish to suit their own taste, which we believe helps to make it truly a home. We actively encourage our service users to participate in a wide range of activities and for them to engage as much as possible with the wider community.
Unified Care offer domiciliary care, supported living and outreach services covering the whole of the London area, for those with learning disabilities, as well as those who may have suffered a brain injury or have mental health issues.
Our services in Lytham St Annes and Blackpool offer the same services, but also cater for the elderly transient and those with alcohol abuse issues. Unified Care are one of a very small number of companies offering such services and we are extremely proud of that fact.
Unified Care believes in an holistic way of caring; every aspect of a person’s wellbeing is as important as the next, be it spiritual, physical or emotional and our staff are selected first and foremost on their ability to have a natural empathy with our service users.
