Having launched the company in July 2010 the company has gone from strength to strength and now prides itself upon the excellent reputation that it has earned within the Humber region. Tracy is a graduate of Hull University and a part-time lecturer there. Gaining experience in both the public and private sector over a 20 year period has armed her with the skills needed to make your business succeed. She is the lead business consultant for the company. She also trains and writes for the company. Her passion lies within the realm of trouble shooting and she brings a personal touch to businesses large and small that may be having or anticipate having problems.
Ian Watkin is a certified coach, MBTI and NLP practitioner. During a career in the military, he has delivered training in many different parts of the world to a diversity of cultures and customs. Helping to develop a coaching culture within the military, he delivered coaching techniques training and provided individual coaching to senior figures within the armed forces.

Having worked within blue chip companies as a manager and key influencer, Christine has gained valuable and unique experience across a vast range of roles, from HR and Training through to Sales and Business Management.
Victoria is a highly qualified and experienced business improvement facilitator. Her experience in training stretches from being an A1/V1 to creating tailored packages for organisations within the private and voluntary sectors to support them in addressing their challenges.
