Here at Edworthy Computing we are a forward looking company always finding ways to improve our customer’s experience and ensuring we are providing the highest quality products to fit within our customer’s budget. We are passionate about computers and technology and we offer products and support for a complete array of IT devices including PCs, Macs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, peripherals and consumables.
We know how much of a fundamental role technology now plays in our busy lives and how dependent and reliable we have become on the devices that help us to structure and carry out our daily routines.
We sell computers, laptops, printers and consumables
Our aim as your IT provider is to supply IT equipment that will satisfy all of your requirements. We source devices based on core functions which consist of value for money, reliability and being aesthetically balanced. We provide support with all of our products sold, which distances us from your typical high street and online stores who choose to leave any technical questions to the manufacturers themselves, or charge a small fortune for the privilege.
For customers who are unable to get their devices to us or are experiencing site related IT issues we provide a prompt and reliable call-out service where a member of staff will visit site with a van equipped with the tools and parts to solve your IT problems. If time is a serious issue and you have an operational broadband connection we offer a
service whereby with your permission we can take control of your device and fix your issues remotely.
We sell computer parts and components
We choose our products and parts based on their manufacturer’s reputation we take into account how these are manufactured paying close attention to Corporate Social Responsibility to ensure the employees who make the products are paid a fair wage, the company is striving to be kind to the environment and they are operating in an ethical way. Once we source the manufacturers we ensure the products and parts have a reputation for reliability, the last thing we want is for a customer to have a repair completed and the part falters before the lifetime of the device, or a device we sell develops a fault.
We offer a three year software support package on our new computers so we ensure our products provide a hassle free three year term of use. (With all due respect we hope not to hear from customers within the three year period with any grievances)
We are based in Bow near Exeter and Crediton in Devon but have a customer base spanning the UK and a few other countries. We offer a next day delivery service for and parts, components or devices.
We deal with small to medium sized businesses, schools, colleges, universities as well as domestic users.
