Tangier Central forms two interconnected office buildings in Taunton with a total area of 66,000 square feet. Originally spec-built in the early 1990’s it was looking tired and dated, no longer doing justice to its stunning surroundings and views of the River Tone and French Weir Park. The brief was to breathe new life into the building on vacation of the previous tenant who had occupied it for 25 years, and refurbish it to “big city” standards.
The brief was a concise one; produce a fantastic office environment for a fast expanding, very friendly security company.
The client entrusted the visualisation of the offices entirely to our design team who provided a three-dimensional model of the proposed space. This allowed uCheck to easily view all finishes and colours proposed, making the foundation for an open and bright environment.
