The Planning Studio was created by Colin Williams, a chartered town planner with over 25 years experience in town and country planning in response to clients requiring bespoke planning and development advice informed by Colin’s extensive experience, knowledge and expertise in a wide range of planning matters.
Under Colin’s leadership, the Planning Studio provides advice to a wide range of clients including developers, land owners and investment funds, on a wide variety of planning and development projects; in particular the Planning Studio provides cutting-edge planning advice on large scale mixed use, regeneration, retail, commercial developments, residential, waste and energy and Green Belt development throughout the UK but mostly focusing on the North West, North Wales and the North Midlands area.
Colin leads on all commissions and instructions. The company has office, technical and administration support. For projects requiring additional professional support the Planning Studio calls in ‘associate’ consultants hand picked for specific projects, working alongside Colin in a development team approach.
