Intelligent Selling was founded by Erika Paganini in 2010 and is supported by a network of hand-picked associate trainers, who help Intelligent Selling deliver courses for clients around the country.
As seasoned sales professional and also an entrepreneur, Erika understands selling from three crucial perspectives: business owner, sales manager and hands-on salesperson. She has proven experience of improving sales performance, driving revenue and delivering profit.
Erika began her career as a sales executive at the Oracle Corporation where she consistently exceeded targets and negotiated major contracts with companies such as Unilever UK, Boots and Rolls-Royce. Moving on to Canon Voice & Data, she created a new and profitable support and maintenance sales revenue stream. In 2003 Erika joined Aviva where she led her team to double existing conversion rates and later helped call centres deliver a substantial increase in cross-sales and lead transfers.
Mike Kirkham is a mentor, speaker, writer, consultant and trainer. With 35 years Leadership and Management experience at executive level in the Finance Sector with a major UK bank, he has worked in a range of disciplines including Retail and Corporate Banking, Marketing, Securities and Investment, International Trade and Finance, Credit, Business Administration and Training.
He also works as an associate training consultant for a number of companies in the Management Consultancy and Training sector, and is Managing Director of Development Opportunities a company he set up in 1999 to specialise in delivering Leadership, Management and Performance solutions.
An experienced and motivational trainer and since 1990, he brings considerable expertise & specialism to the Intelligent Selling Team. Training and Coaching with a wide range of clients from engineering, supply chain & manufacturing through to agriculture, horticulture, retail and the financial services sector.
Sara possesses a wealth of experience and professional achievements gained in Sales Delivery and Sales Management in the financial services sector. Sara has enjoyed a very successful career at Aviva and RBS where she has proven her ability to train and coach high performing business to business telephone sales teams. Sara further strengthens Intelligent Selling’s ability to deliver outstanding results in this specialist field.
