Leslie Woolfson founded the Practice in 1968 and initially the business operated in the West End of London. In the early 1990s the Practice moved to Hertfordshire and has used its expertise and experience accumulated over the last 40 years to benefit local businesses. The Practice prides itself on providing a personal service and an initial consultation is free. Whilst the Practice has accumulated a wealth of experience in its various fields of expertise, it manages to convey a young and vigorous image in all its dealings. In addition the practice has developed an expertise with non-domiciled and non-resident individuals to assist in maximising their returns on investments in the most efficient manner.

Marcia Klein manages the office and has been associated with the Practice for 25 years. She is well known to the clients and always on hand to help organise the work throughput. Clients and staff are treated to the same special treatment from Marcia and the smooth running of the day to day activities of the organisation are down to her.
