Carestaff Solutions opened in 2004 as a Social Care Recruitment organisation in Penwortham, Preston in response to the lack of person-centred and user-orientated social care agencies within the North West. Previous experience of users included lack of consistent, trained and experienced staff, office staff who had little experience of the sector and overpriced rates which often left services in deficit financial situations.
In response to this feedback, Carestaff Solutions opened its doors in June 2004 and has since then grown from strength to strength. Carestaff Solutions is proud to say that they provide support to over 150 organisations who support over 3000 people on a daily basis.
