This business has grown up around John Walsh who has been responsible for safe delivery of exciting projects. He has been appointed as Core Works Director for major MoD defence appointments for the East Anglia Region, also as Head of Risk for the recently completed Athletes Village in Stratford, East London. IN 2013 he was appointed as expert consultant for two NHS construction developments where in one case the specification had not been achieved, and in the second case as a result of cost and time overruns.
John started Senate Project Services in 1993 since then clients have been approaching John to take on project management, contract administration and commercial disputes. He is currently advising on safe practices on some of our most prestigious London Developments, and handling complex contractual disputes.
