About Willis Commercial

Willis Commercial is a relatively new name in the commercial property field but is reliably underpinned by some 35 years of combined experience offered by Patrick Willis and Adam Shepherd.

To continue assisting our clients and applicants with their commercial property requirements, we moved, in 2012, to new larger offices in Wimborne town centre. We are therefore ideally located to handle transactions within the Bournemouth/Poole/Christchurch conurbation as well as the many attractive and vibrant smaller towns across the region.

We enjoy and take pride in striving to deliver good results for our clients and we are equally at home whether representing the local shopkeeper, national/international companies or institutional landlords.

He entered the business in 1984 gaining valuable experience across the various specialist agency disciplines with James & Sons, the long established Dorset based firm of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers and Commercial Property Consultants.

Adam has a particularly strong pedigree in retail property agency led work having worked with Patrick at Goadsby’s Bournemouth based head office for over four years. He was then recruited to the Bristol office of well respected retail property specialist Rowley Hughes Thompson in 2011 where he gained valuable experience before returning to Dorset, and Willis Commercial, early in 2013

The company specialises in the retail sector but will also promote opportunities across the broader based commercial property field to include the motor trade, business space, investment, development and catering/ licensed trade divisions.
