Gem Solar is a relatively small Somerset company operating exclusively in the local south west area, and we have a real passion for renewable energy and what it means for helping us preserve the environment. We are a Renewable Energy specialist, both experienced and certified in the installation of multiple renewable energy technologies. Our multi-technology skills enables us to offer an extremely thorough and all encompassing renewable energy consultations, and very accurate advice.
Although Gem Solar has been trading since 2010 and undertaken hundreds of installations, we have kept our business and approach very personal, and we are still small enough for everyone in the company to genuinely care about every install we do, and every family we do it for. What make us so different to so many similar companies is that we are so adamantly against the pushy sales techniques employed by so many of our competitors, and the bad name it has been giving this wonderful planet saving industry in the eyes of so many consumers. Our approach is more one of thorough technical advise and detailed pre-planning, to ensure that we can achieve a system design that perfectly suits your requirements and budget.
Naturally we want as many people as possible to adopt renewable energy technologies to power and heat their homes, however we feel customers should be able to make an informed decision themselves. We are here to help with honest information and advice, to assist you in making the decision to move to renewable energy. Information from Gem Solar can be received in traditional ways – you don’t have to give us your details and we don’t insist that we visit you at home to discuss things. A lot of help and advice can be given over the phone or via email, however we are happy to visit you at your home if you prefer. Home visits are only really required to complete the technical survey required to give you an accurate cost quote, as well as to give you some precise figures on what you are likely to earn and save, from the renewable energy system you are considering.
