Director, Stephen Baggaley, has been employed in the industry for over 20 years. He had been employed in a Private Practice Quantity Surveying office, before being employed in a Chief Surveyor’s & Commercial Manager’s role for 50M+ turnover Development Companies. Having been approached to “cross the fence” and becoming employed as Commercial Manager for a number of Sub-Contract Ltd Companies, he set up on his own in 2010 to offer the accumulated wealth of experience to each and every Client that engages Baggaley Commercial Services Ltd.
Baggaley Commercial Services Ltd can provide individuals or small to medium sized companies with Quantity Surveying services for one off works or short to mid term contracts.
Unlike most QS firms who operate on a percentage of project value basis, we can adapt our services to cater for the “Ad Hoc” works of a bespoke or one off project, or of typically smaller work remits.
We can be as flexible as necessary, to provide Quantity Surveying service cover either on site, in the Client’s office, or from our own base, on a flexible part time basis.
