We’re a young and growing agency that have been doing some great things for some great people since our foundation in 2010. The Plum culture is built around our values of: creativity, professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm and we bring these to life in everything that we do.
We’re proud to live and work in the South West, where we know and love so well. From our base just outside Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, we’re fully accessible to our clients in the region but we’ll gladly help you if you’re not local – we love to travel.

As a result of some significant and exciting new business wins across the business, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to lead on the management of a number of accounts.
