With over 35 years of experience in the sector, Malcolm Irving, BSc (Est Man), is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Following spells with Knight Frank & Rutley in London and RF Spark & Co, he set up the eponymous firm Malcolm Irving & Partners in 1991 and then in 1993, Irving Rice and Partners. This latter practice was acquired by CB Richard Ellis in 2008.
