Giles and Dave met while working within a top North-West accountancy practice. Over the past 10 years they have worked closely together, advising a range of businesses and individuals. Between them, they have nearly 30 years experience working within the accounting and tax profession.
After completing a Business Studies degree, Dave spent nine years with HMRC. After gaining wide experience of the UK tax system within HMRC, Dave turned from poacher to game-keeper, leaving HMRC to work within the accountancy profession
Over the past 10 years, Dave has advised a wide range of personal and owner-managed business clients across all taxes.
Giles soon qualified as a Chartered Accountant and was promoted to audit manager, a role he enjoyed. His strengths include building strong bonds with clients and acquiring an in-depth knowledge of their businesses which allowed him to provide valuable advice. Giles’ role has developed into being solely focused on providing a client specific service to businesses trading as sole traders, partnerships, LLP’s and companies.
Giles enjoyed working at Chadwick for nearly twelve years and gained vast experience in all areas of client service, technical advice and business planning.
