Keystone Geoenvironmental Ltd is an established company with a significant amount of experience behind it.  It was formed by Dave Williams who has over 25 years experience in the disciplines of contaminated land and geotechnical consultancy, which was gained with a wide range of companies.  His experience ranges from individual property assessment for subsidence to land portfolio management for major property owning clients.  It also encompasses geotechnical and contaminated land assessment, which is important as there is often significant overlap between the two disciplines, as well as the more specialised aspects of contaminated land, such as chemical warfare agent investigation.

There are different approaches to assessing risk - Keystone Geoenvironmental aims to strike a balance between being pragmatic but sufficiently robust to address the key drivers for particular client needs. This is most successfully based on clear timely communication between all parties
