ABOUT PHILPOTTS SHREWSBURY LIMITED
Philpotts Shrewsbury Ltd, has been making exquisite sandwiches to order since 1990. The business was founded in 1985 in Chester by Phil Brown, and it became the most respected sandwich company in the country with a number of shops in major cities including Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.
Phil sold the business in 2006, but he still owns the Shrewsbury shop, which is situated in one of the most beautiful buildings in Butcher Row. Philpotts Shrewsbury Ltd has retained all of the values and traditions that made it famous, and they are the same today as they were in 1985. Some things should never change.
All of our sandwiches and our Salads are made to order, to your liking, right before you. We choose not to sell ready made sandwiches in our shop. We believe a pre made sandwich is never as good as one made to order. We are proud to serve the best ingredients, using local bakeries and suppliers as much as we can. We only use condiments and relishes from the best makers, and we make all of our sandwich fillings in our kitchen fresh every day.
