Our fees are based on the actual hours of work associated with the services provided and not a percentage of the construction cost of the contract. Our fixed fees are therefore very competitive, saving you money, and with the prior knowledge of the costs, offers peace of mind to proceed with the construction. We are able to provide a free initial consultation (within the local area) to determine the feasibility of the work and offer a Fee Quote.
