Nimbos Communications, formerly Easy Telecom, was formed in 2010 by 3 telecoms engineers with a wide-ranging background with over 80 years of combined industry experience. The philosophy of our company has always been and will always be ‘if we can’t support it, don’t sell it’. As a result, our clients make very few service calls, our support team is not stretched and our engineers deal with customer support to ensure service quality and satisfaction.

“Several years ago Hertz UK asked Nimbos to provide a replacement for the obsolescent analog telephone systems which served some of our branches. Their Hosted IP Telephony solution was so successful that we rolled it out to all our 150 Corporate and Agency branches. The setup and installation were made almost painless by their professionalism and expertise. They actively monitor phones and broadbands, maintaining contact details of the Ops Management team for when issues arise. More recently they have helped us provide WiFi at selected high profile locations which has proved popular with customers and staff. Use of the most modern access points allows detailed usage reports to be available for our Management. Currently they are working on researching potential solutions to temporary and mobile offices where fixed circuitry is not cost effective or readily available.
