I wanted to congratulate you and your team on clearing up a longstanding issue that Homeserve could not resolve. This brought to an end a six week (at least) chapter of painful phone conversations and broken promises. The two men who came out today were extremely professional, courteous and completed the job while keeping me fully informed. When they had gone the worksite was clean, and they had attempted to hide all trace of their digging and tunneling. When a mains water leak of fifteen litres per minute was discovered at the home of my elderly mother it was initially a daunting task to find the right company to undertake the repair work. I got three estimates and choose R & D as they seemed the most professional and clear about what work may be required and their pricing seemed fair and reasonable. The engineers Harry and Chris arrived punctually and were systematic and painstaking in locating the leak.
