The company is built from comprehensive experience in the transportation business, having worked for VOSA for twelve years, and throughout the transport industry from leaving school in 1982, for the last few years I have studied the way the organisation works and have been disappointed with the initial support available to new operators and then the lack of ongoing quality guidance to existing businesses. I have carried out some market research and decided there is most certainly a niche in the market place for a company like mine utilising my knowledge of VOSA's systems and transport industry regulations to enable the transport industry to "have a voice".

A holder of an operator's licence will at sometime be subjected to an audit carried out by a representative of VOSA, during the audit the operators systems and record keeping as well as the condition of the vehicles will be thoroughly checked and a comprehensive report produced which is passed on to the office of the traffic commissioner who may request a further revisit to ensure compliance, or call the operator to a public inquiry in order to take more serious action.
Our target market consists of road haulage operators ranging from single vehicle users to large fleet operators and public service carriers again ranging from one vehicle to hundreds. The company will also provide assistance to those starting up a business involving operator licensing.
