Help to buy valuations
If you obtained help with your deposit when you purchased your property and now wish to “staircase” up by purchasing a greater share of the equity up to 100% then you will require a Valuation of the property from an accredited RICS Valuer.
If you are thinking of selling your property and have a “Help to Buy” loan that assisted with the deposit then before you can sell the property you will need to provide the administering organisation - probably Target (HCA) with an accredited RICS Valuation.
We are Members of this Professional Property body and are officially Regulated to provide appropriate property advice.
We are Members of this Property Association which is a National Network of likeminded professional surveyors and valuers with considerable experience and skill committed to providing a service of quality and Putting the Client First.
