H2 clubs offer a unique gym experience, catering to cyclists in Soho & Victoria. Clubs equipped with with Stages Spin Bikes offer dedicated indoor cycling classes with all the data you could ask for. Yoga, HIIT and strength classes along with weights and treadmillsl keeps members fit on and off the bike. They also have ample parking and shower facilities for those working nearby.
The NEO Smart is the most powerful and silent indoor trainer to date. It is the only real direct drive as it does not contain any physical transmission like a roller or belt. The NEO is also the only indoor trainer that can simulate different types of road surfaces
Our working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; we are out riding on Bank Holidays
