Angela manages VIP accounts and key operational aspects of the business. She has experience as a head housekeeper with premier London hotels as well as household and property management at all levels - from commercial accounts to premier London and estate properties. Angela has a passion for the arts, and she also takes an interest in councilling and customer relationship management.
Ivan is in charge of commercial accounts. Prior to his work with Beck and Call, Ivan was a manager with Hilton and Swissotel. He has brought in the best hospitality business practice, operational and customer care standards. Ivan has also worked as a project manager with DFID and the Foreign Office. He has an MBA in Hospitality. Outside of work, his interests are linked to his love of literature, hiking, and nature.
