The Blackburn Enterprise Centre has created a vibrant and contemporary environment where businesses can take full advantage of the location, image and added facilities available.The Centre is the Borough’s first “Enterprise Haven” where businesses can utilise the flexible office solutions as they develop and grow. The Centre offers prestigious profile and excellent transport connectivity, with flexible modern suites, breakout and networking areas and an established business location.
Companies can rent premises at Blackburn Enterprise Centre on an easy-in easy-out basis. Rental charges are inclusive of water service charges, background heating, telephone standing charges, insurance of the fabric of the building, security, grounds maintenance and cleaning and maintenance of the excellent common areas. The Centre assisits businesses to grow and expand by offering flexible office space. Tenants can benifit from net working opportunites together with the advantage of being part of an established business community. The Centre's dedicated team are on hand to greet your visitors, answer your calls if necessary, provide administrative support, frank your mail and provide assistance when needed. The reception desk is manned between 8.30 anf 5.30 pm. Tenants can benefit from 24 hour access and securityu provision.
