The company was formed in 2010 by our current Managing director, Thomas Vaughan. We have grown to become a medium sized Groundworks and RC frame contractor with our office based in Romford, Essex.
The company has a workforce of approximately 100 site based operatives and a team of professional support staff and management with wide experience in the industry, providing both the technical and practical capabilities to carry out a wide variety of works. We pride ourselves on being able to sit down with our clients to look at all aspects of the brief and together come up with a solution that works for all parties, providing practical solutions to anything that may arise and ultimately progressing the works in the most time/financially efficient manner.
We have a fully staffed office and yard based in Romford with several strategically placed yards located in and around London. From our head office we provide a full time support presence for all our projects. Our estimating department can take your initial enquiry from as little or as much detail as you can provide and build up a cost/time estimate for the works. On commencement of works we provide a full time foreman, supported by our contracts manager who can deal with any issues outside the scope of our foreman.
Our approach to contract management in all areas with health & safety and quality control is under constant assessment and improvement. From a Health & Safety perspective we are fully compliant with all current regulations including the new CDM regulations. All our on-site workforce have completed required training and hold relevant CSCS/CPCS/SMSTS certification and hold the competencies to carry out all works tasked with. We don’t employ anyone unless they are capable of carrying out the works in a safe and competent manner.
In our continued commitment in this area we are currently in the process of implementing the necessary steps and changes to achieve ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management and ISO18001 occupational health & safety.
