All prices quoted over the phone are subject to site survey, upon commencement of work the customer (you) are entering into a service contract with Eliminate Pest Control Ltd. for full payment with-in 7 days of commencement unless previously agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any one claim or for the total of all claims arising from any one act or default or ours (whether arising from our negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the value of the invoice applying to that piece of work. We shall not be liable for any failure to provide our services arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
