Complete Care Agency Ltd was founded in 2007 as an independent provider of health and social care support in the community.
The company is built on the strong values and beliefs created by our Managing Director, Louise Copley. Louise’s vision is putting service users at the heart of our business. Complete Care Agency is raising standards in training and care delivery whilst looking to empower the people who use our service to make informed choices about the care and support they receive.
The “Thank You’s” and “Hearts” for December cover a variety of reasons – help in covering calls and staff sickness, flexibility and commitment, quality of work, reliability and also a number of staff who wanted to give credit to their colleagues for the work done and personal support shown. The office team have experience from many different sectors which brings a wealth of knowledge which enhances the overall service provided but what unites us is that we all truly care.

We provide care in partnership with the people who use our service their relatives and other service purchasers. We work alongside health authorities and local council authorities to provide cost effective high quality care. Care can be purchased privately or via direct payments or personalised budgets. No matter how your care is funded we can work with you to provide the service you need.
