ABOUT TABLET CATERING & EVENTS CONSULTANTS LTD

Tablet catering and events consultants Ltd was set up in late 2011 to enable Toby to complete the development of a major training project dealing with introducing people to catering and service industries. Along the way he won support roles for two specialist niche caterers, and invested in the ongoing development of the business with income earned via an agency as a fine dining and corporate hospitality chef. Two years later and things are progressing rapidly; the business now has a professional kitchen based in Tooting, south London and my wife Ruth has joined the company to develop the consultancy side.

Things around here are probably going to be a bit up in the air for the time being; we decided to use a content management system for our new site, and its going to take us a little while to learn how it works and how best to make it work for our business. We hope you stick around for these changes, the advantage of what we're doing is that both of us can contribute and update the site with what we're doing any time we like.
