The company has grown significantly since 2009 with a wide variety of clients ranging from Persimmon Homes to The Environment Agency, as is also actively involved in surveying for Hull as the UK City of Culture for 2017.
Out of our office at Welton (5 miles outside of Kingston Upon Hull) Latitude Surveys operates a professional, cost-effective and reliable surveying service for the Yorkshire region and the wider UK.
Latitude Surveys Limited is committed to the health and safety of both its employees and also the wider general public during works when interaction is involved.
We are also full members of CHAS (Construction Health and Safety Scheme) and Constructionline, who are both assessment bodies to ensure that member companies are complying with current health and safety legislation and have suitable procedures in place.

Latitude Surveys Limited is the only Chartered Land Surveyors in The East Riding of Yorkshire. The company is a regulated member of RICS and as such, adheres to the RICS professional standards and ethics guidance.
The Survey Association, is a trade body for commercial survey companies in the UK. The association was formed in 1979 to give a focus for private sector businesses in land and hydrographic survey.
The role of TSA is to promote best practice amongst its members, provide a forum for members for discussion, debate and continuing professional development. Latitude Surveys is a full member of TSA.
Latitude Surveys Limited is a full member of the CHAS scheme which assesses the companies’ health and safety procedures to ensure they are compliant with current legislation and to provide a central system for clients wishing to engage member companies who have passed assessment.
Constructionline is a Government run scheme established for public and private sector organisations. In order to be considered for relevant surveying contracts, Latitude Surveys must meet health and safety standards laid down by the scheme and undergo an assessment of these standards. Latitude Surveys Limited is a full member of Constructionline.
