Homestyle Care Limited provides a homely environment offering personal care for younger adults aged between 18 and 64 years old with learning difficulties. Our aim is to create an environment which will provide a welcome provision to Individuals who want to live independently while having the opportunity of varying degrees of support.

Nursing care is not provided but should the need arise access to Community Nurses will be sourced in order to provide such support. We are registered with the CSSIW and the maximum residential care we can offer is for 4 adults 52 weeks per year located in a residential area in Bridgend. South Wales. We welcome referrals from all nationalities from all parts of the UK

Admissions

A pre-admission assessment will be carried out to assess the suitability of the match between needs and the Services and facilities of the Home following which ,a visit will be arranged and the suitability of your admission will be discussed with you, and if appropriate and with your permission, your representative(s)/social worker /family.

Emergency admissions will be accepted only in exceptional circumstances, where the health or safety of the Individual is under threat, and normally only through a professional referrer such as Social Services. In this event, the suitability of the proposed Individual will be discussed with the professional referrer to ensure that the needs match the services offered, and the normal pre-admission assessment will be carried out within 48 hours of admission
