Richard Sotheran has a background in manufacturing with both Gaskell Plc and former Low & Bonar Plc flooring business Bonar Floors. He has a wide experience of many types of B2B contract products, particularly carpet tiles.

Bob Morgan has been involved in floor laying for over forty years having worked for some of the country’s largest flooring contractors. He has run his own business for over 25 years and first teamed up with Richard in 2006.

Together they have established a flexible, customer focused business where sustainability plays an ever increasingly important role.

The aim is to promote ‘Landmark not landfill’ by supply and installing products that are highly sensitive to the environment and directing waste to alternative productive use.
